Relative of viral video hit "Dramatic Chipmunk"?

(CBS) - A cute prairie dog in Japan is getting attention online for bearing an uncanny resemblance to viral video legend and popular meme "Dramatic Chipmunk". The much more relaxed look-alike is content to just munch on some food and relax at home.  Perhaps his legendary likeness could learn a lesson from the little guy.
