Rare blue whales seen off Calif. shore
Dozens of Blue Whales were spotted off the coast of Redondo Beach, Calif. and very close to some paddle boarders. The whales hadn't been seen in the area for decades. Scientists believe colder waters have attracted the mammals to the area.
