(CBS) ATLANTA - Rapper Gucci Mane has been indicted on one count of aggravated assault stemming from a fan's accusation that the rapper hit him in the head with a champagne bottle at an Atlanta nightclub last month, WSB-TV in Atlanta reports.

A fan said Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, hit him in the club's V.I.P. area on March 16 while he tried to take a picture with the rapper. The fan, James Lettley, said he needed 10 stitches. According to WSB-TV, Lettley is a U.S. soldier.

After the incident involving Lettley became public, a second victim said the rapper assaulted him two nights later in Philadelphia, the station reports. That man reportedly said the rapper punched him in the face after a show. It is unclear if charges were filed in the second incident.

Fulton County jail records show the rapper has been arrested 10 times since 2005.
