Ohio woman arrested in slaying of 26-year-old daughter
NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio -- Police in northeastern Ohio have arrested a woman and charged her with killing her 26-year-old daughter, whose body was found dumped in a field in March.
North Ridgeville police said 45-year-old Janet Tyburski was arrested Tuesday at her home in the Cleveland suburb of Lakewood. They say 26-year-old Rachele Tyburski was slain at that residence and subsequently dumped.
Her body was found face down in a North Ridgeville sports park March 15. The Lorain County coroner said the body showed marks from blunt force trauma, but the cause of death hasn't been released.
North Ridgeville police are expected to release more information at a Wednesday morning news conference. It wasn't clear if Janet Tyburski had an attorney.
