While details of the visit have not yet been announced it is likely to be interesting as Hill Republicans expressed concerns about the plan after their meeting at the White House Friday.

House Minority Leader John Boehner told reporters after Friday's meeting, "we expressed our concerns about some of the spending that's being proposed in the House bill and the fact that it doesn't spend out very quickly."

However, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has predicted Mr. Obama's February deadeline for the plan's passage would be met anyway.

House Republicans have drafted their own alternative plan which focuses on tax cuts rather than the Democratic approach to focus on government spending.
