New "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" TV spot unveiled
"Every generation has a story." That's the tag line featured in the latest "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" teaser, which made its TV debut Thursday night.
The trailer is only a minute-long, but heck -- we'll take what we can get. Plus, there's new footage!
The clip introduces Daisy Ridley as Rey and John Boyega as Finn, and also provides a glimpse of Harrison Ford returning as Han Solo. "You might need this," he says, while handing Rey a blaster pistol. Yesssss.
Directed by J. J. Abrams, "The Force Awakens" also features Max von Sydow, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Mark Hamill, Gwendoline Christie, Carrie Fisher and Andy Serkis.
The movie doesn't land in theaters until Dec. 18. For now, you can get your "Star Wars" fix below.
