Mogadishu Dual Suicide Bomb Attack Executors

( )
A pro-al Qaeda website has posted pictures of the dual suicide bomb attack carried out by two operatives of the Somali Shabab Mujahedeen Movement. The posting claimed that between 200 and 300 people were killed in the attack.

The spokesperson of the militant Somail group Sheikh Mukhtar Robow Ali Abu Mansour had claimed responsibility for the attack in a telephone interview with the Arab news network Al Jazeera.

U.S. intelligence reports link the group to al Qaeda. This has been confirmed in audio and video statements by senior al Qaeda leaders.
