Miss USA competition to air Sunday

(CBS News) Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic are co-hosting the 2012 Miss USA Competition that is scheduled to air live this Sunday from  Las Vegas.

"The city of Las Vegas, one of the most exciting cities in the world, will once again set the stage for the Miss USA competition, giving 51 of the most beautiful women in the country a chance to win the coveted title of Miss USA," said Donald Trump, the president of the Miss Universe Organization in a statement.

The competition will feature contestants from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The contestants will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. This year, for the first time ever, one of the five questions will come from a real fan via Twitter.

Rob Kardashian, Joe Jonas, former "Bachelorette" Ali Fedotowsky,and "Fashion Police" host George Kotsiopoulos will all help judge this year's competition.

Cohen of "Watch What Happens Live" on Bravo and Ranancic of "E! News" also hosted last year's show when Alyssa Campanella of California was named Miss USA 2011. She represented the U.S. in the 2011 Miss Universe Competition and placed in the top 16.

The 2012 Miss USA Competition will be broadcast from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on NBC.
