(CBS) It's not just Michael Lohan who is in trouble. Kate Major, Lohan's on-again-off-again girlfriend and alleged victim, is now facing eviction because of all the media attention her apartment complex is getting, TMZ reports.

According to TMZ, Major lives in an exclusive housing complex in Tampa Bay, Fla. that is also home to other high profile celebrities. Because of the recent fight between Lohan and Major, which resulted in a domestic violence charge being brought against him, the media have been monitoring her apartment closely. Some residents have complained, and the landlord has served Major with an eviction notice. She'll have to be out by Nov. 1. TMZ added that she will be fighting the eviction.

Lohan appeared in court on Oct. 25 on charges that he had assaulted Major after she refused to perform oral sex. Though Major had a restraining order against Lohan, she told the court that she allowed him into her apartment so they could talk out their problems.

A few hours after he was released on bail, Lohan was rearrested for violating the terms of his release. Tampa police claim that he made a threatening phone call to Major, and then tried to evade arrest by jumping off a third-story balcony after the authorities came to apprehend him. He was caught after a foot chase.
