"Man of Steel": Two new teaser trailers released

(CBS News) Two new teasers have been released for the upcoming Superman film "Man of Steel," showcasing two important figures in the superhero's life.

The two videos show the same footage, but the voice-overs are different. In one we hear from his biological father, Jor-El (Russell Crowe), while in the other it's adoptive father Jonathan Kent (Kevin Costner) speaking.

Don't expect to see any action scenes in these trailers - they focus on the more human side of Clark Kent/Superman (Henry Cavill). He's seen alone, working on a fishing boat and hitchhiking on the side of the road, alongside sweeping nature shots and somber music.

The words spoken by his two fathers are different, too.

"You're not just anyone," Pa Kent warns. "One day, you're going to have to make a choice. You'll have to decide what kind of man you want to grow up to be. Whoever that man is, good character or bad, is going to change the world."

Jor-El, however, seems more confident that his son is destined to do good.

"You will give the people an ideal to strive towards," he can be heard saying. "They'll rise behind you. They will stumble. They will fall. In time, they will join you in the sun. In time, you will help them accomplish wonders."

"Man of Steel," directed by Zack Snyder ("300," "Watchmen"), will be released on June 14, 2013.
