Man allegedly stabs 81-year-old roommate over TV volume

(CBS) MANCHESTER, NH - A 63-year-old man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly stabbed his 81-year-old roommate in a dispute over the volume of the television.

Officers say Dennis Fancy and his roommate got into an argument over the TV volume when Fancy picked up a knife and stabbed the victim in the chest, reports CBS Boston.

Fancy was charged with first degree assault and the victim was taken to the hospital where he was treated for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
