AUSTIN, Texas - Austin police have charged a man with stalking Marissa Mayer, the president and CEO of Yahoo!

According to an arrest affidavit, Gregory Calvin King, a 30-year-old man who is described by police as being homeless, allegedly sent Mayer "repeated, unwanted and sexually graphic e-mails from several locations in the city of Austin."

This is not the first time King has been accused of stalking the 39-year-old Mayer. According to the affidavit, he was previously sentenced to 36 months of probation for harassing the Yahoo! exec and then violated the terms of that probation and was sentenced to a federal prison for one year.

King was released from prison in February and reportedly sent Mayer 60 messages between February 25 and March 5.

King had been under 24-hour surveillance by Yahoo! security since he entered Austin and was observed sending some of the messages to Mayer, the affidavit says. When approached by police, King allegedly admitted to sending the messages.

The 30-year-old is being held on $100,000 bond and was ordered to have no contact with Mayer and stay at least 200 yards away from her at all time.

Mayer has been at the helm of Yahoo! since July 2012. Prior to that, she spent 13 years working for Google. In 2014, she was number 18 on Forbes' list of "The World's 100 Most Powerful Women."
