Man accused of golfing naked on Cape Cod

HYANNIS, Mass. - A man was taken into custody after police say he was caught playing golf in the nude, reports CBS Boston.

Police say 55-year-old Robert Ide removed his clothing and started hitting golf balls Monday at a softball field near the St. John Paul School in Hyannis, Mass.

Witnesses recorded video of the incident and called police. Officers quickly responded and took Ide into custody, reports the station.

Police say Ide is homeless and had been drinking. He was charged with open and gross lewdness and intoxication and was held on $100 bail.
