(CBS/AP) Police say a truck carrying the sound system for Madonna's concert in southwestern Sweden overturned and blocked parts of a highway on Tuesday.

It's not clear what caused the truck to suddenly flip onto its side while driving toward Goteborg Tuesday morning sliding across several lanes and blocking rush hour traffic.

Police said one person was injured and three passenger cars damaged in the accident. The injuries aren't serious, according to police.

Christopher Akesson, a spokesman for tour organizer Live Nation, said he expected Madonna's concert at Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden will go on as planned Wednesday night.

"We are working to prepare for the concert," he told the U.K.'s Telegraph. "I suspect that if there was anything serious, we would have had information about it by this time."

Madonna, 53, is on tour promoting her latest album, "MDNA."
