"Little Thor" is a cute tongue-in-cheek video for the film

(CBS) - I should let you all know that I'm a bit of a comic book geek. Growing up every Sunday meant a trip to the comic book store with my Dad for the latest issues of Batman, X-Men, Wolverine, Hulk, Spawn, you name it.

I was never that big into "Thor" at that time, but am excited about the upcoming film, which leads me to the reason for this post and the tongue-in-cheek video above.  Check out "Little Thor" and prepare to laugh.

Taking a page from the little Darth Vader commercial that went viral for Volkswagen a few months back, Marvel has decided to have a some fun of their own with an amusing "Little Thor" trailer to promote the film.

And for those who are interested to know, Marvel's "Thor" hits theaters nationwide on May 6th.
