Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner accepted the plea to misdemeanor grand theft that was entered by attorney Shawn Chapman Holley. Sautner says the actress will remain on probation until November.

The plea means the actress is not acknowledging guilt but the case stands as a conviction.

Lohan was charged in February with taking a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store without paying for it. The incident happened roughly three weeks after she was released from court-ordered rehab on a 2007 drunken driving case.

The actress had previously been sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for violating her probation in the case. She filed an appeal for the jail sentence but dropped it as part of the plea deal.

According to TMZ, Lohan is not allowed to come within 100 feet if the jewelry store and can not send the store any more flowers. She must also undergo psychological counseling and complete a shoplifters alternative class.

The actress has been ordered to begin serving time on or before June 17, but Holley told the court it's likely Lohan will be approved for house arrest, according to Entertainment Weekly.
