Lindsay Lohan confined to Betty Ford premises

Looks like Lindsay Lohan won't be going far from the Betty Ford Centerany time soon.

While most patients at the rehab facility get to leave and return as they choose, the 26-year-old "Liz & Dick" star will be confined for the entirety of her 90-day stay at the Rancho Mirage, Calif., facility, according to legal documents obtained by People magazine.

"It is understood by the Betty Ford Center that [Lohan] is to remain on the premises for the duration of her 90-day stay in treatment," one of the legal document reads.

Lohan had entered the rehab center as part of a plea agreement for violating her probation. The actress plead no contest to reckless driving and lying to police in March over a car accident last June.

This current rehab stint marks the sixth known time Lohan has checked into a drug treatment facility.

And while her rights have been restricted, TMZ reports that Lohan will stay be able to smoke cigarettes and take Adderall for ADHD treatment.

Lohan had previously spent time at the Betty Ford Center in 2010, when she reportedly got into a physical altercation with one of the nurses at the center.

No charges were ever filed in that case.
