The long buildup to Annapolis, together with Ms. Rice's many trips to the region, have given birth to a new verb in Israeli government circles: "lecondel," meaning, to come and go for meetings that produce few results. This is actually a very useful new verb. I recommend that we adopt it in the U.S. as well.
LECONDEL....Ilan Goldenberg explains today that the prefix "le" in Hebrew means "to." So the word lecondel translates as to Condoleezza. And what do Israelis mean by this?
