Lean Cuisine spaghetti and meatballs recalled (complete info)

CBS) Spaghetti and meatballs may not be the only things in some packages of Lean Cuisine Simple Favorites Spaghetti with Meatballs. The frozen entree's maker, Nestle, recalled the packages over fears they may contain pieces of red plastic.

The recalled packages bear the UPC code 13800-10390 with the production code 0298595519 P, the company said on its website.

The recall was announced after some customers reported finding the plastic pieces in the meatball portion of the entree. No injuries were reported.
