The singer is currently in India, and is scheduled to perform at the inaugural Formula One race in New Delhi. According to AFP, in true Gaga style she wore an asymmetrical gown by Indian-American designer Naeem Khan at a press conference about the event. She also had a beehive-styled hairdo, and dyed her hair to match the colors of the Indian flag. This will be her first performance in the country.

"I am finally here + what a dream come true. Performing at Formula 1 in INDIA, and my first day here I reached #15millionmonsters," the pop singer tweeted on Oct. 27.

Adding one million followers in just 28 days beats her old personal best, according to AllTwitter: Gaga previously added one million followers in 31 days between July 2011 and August 2011. At this rate, the site projects she should reach 20 million followers between March 2012 and April 2012.
