(CBS/WLKY/AP) LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Police have charged two Kentucky high school students with video voyeurism after they say one of them held a cellphone under a teacher's skirt, made a video and posted it on YouTube.

According to an arrest warrant obtained by CBS affiliate WLKY, Eugene Cain and Devon Ewing, two-18-year-old students at Louisville's Doss High School, shot the video in their class on Wednesday.

Police say Ewing asked the teacher for assistance and when she bent over, Cain held Ewing's cellphone under her dress and recorded.

"One distracted the teacher in the classroom while the other one positioned himself to hold a camera with video capabilities underneath her skirt," Jefferson County Sheriff's Department Lt. Col. Carl Yates told WLKY.

The warrant said the video clearly showed the teacher's private areas. Yates said the students used an Apple iPhone, which takes high resolution video.

Police say the two later posted the video on YouTube and spread the word about where it could be found.

"They certainly violated this teacher, taking that cellphone video and posting it," Jefferson County Public Schools spokeswoman Lauren Roberts told the station. "It's very embarrassing for her. We are sorry it happened. But, the students have to serve the consequences for that and learn a lesson."

Video voyeurism is a Class D felony and is punishable by a one- to five-year sentence. The teacher's name has not been released.
