Kristy Abreu, current Miss Westchester, reportedly said she and her mother, 38-year-old Kendy Paredes, were roughed up by police in a recent traffic-related incident.

The women claim they were subjected to invasive frisks in Harlem after being stopped for a minor traffic violation. The women were not charged, according to the Daily News.

The newspaper reports Abreu and Paredes said they were "treated like animals" by police officers who allegedly locked them up in a cell, laughed at them and allowed another prisoner to taunt them.

The alleged victims are now looking to file a $210 million lawsuit over their treatment, according to the Daily News.

The incident was reportedly caused by a computer error that made NYPD officers think Abreu was driving a stolen vehicle.
