(CBS News) Barcelona-based time-lapse company, myLapse has created an amazing view of Barcelona like you have never seen before. In the Vimeo video above, the shattered-glass like imagery of the city is both beautiful and mesmerizing.

On their Vimeo page, myLapse explains how they created this clip, writing: "Kaleidolapse is a visual technique that applies a kaleidoscopic effect to different shots taken with time-lapse technique. This effect generates multiple moving images that are symmetrically multiplied which gives them an abstract look with a great richness of shapes and colors."

Regardless of the technicalities, we just think it's gorgeously hypnotizing.
