Justin Bieber books trip to space

Justin Bieber is heading out of this world.

The pop star and his manager, Scooter Braun, have booked flights into space with Virgin Galactic, according to Virgin founder Richard Branson.

The British business mogul shared the news on Twitter, with a message that Bieber retweeted to his 40 million followers.

Braun also tweeted: "I'm going to space momma!"

This isn't the first time Bieber, 19, has shown an interest in outer orbit. In February, he tweeted that he wants to "do a concert in space," to which NASA responded, "Maybe we can help you with that."

Ashton Kutcher and Leonardo DiCaprio are among the other stars who have signed up for Virgin Galactic's commercial space flights, where seats go for $250,000 each.
