The charges were filed Wednesday in Bolivar, Tenn., against Teresa Mayes. The Guntown, Miss., woman was charged a day earlier with kidnapping.

Meanwhile, the search continues for 35-year-old Adam Mayes. Authorities say he abducted Bain and her three daughters on April 27.

Bain and her oldest daughter were found dead.

Two younger girls are still missing. The FBI said that authorities were hopeful they were still alive, but declined to say why. Investigators believed the two youngest daughters were still with Mayes, FBI spokesman Joel Siskovic said.
