Jesse James Scandal: Are Sandra Bullock and Jesse James Getting Divorced Over Michelle "Bombshell" McGee?

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are "lawyering up" and may be seeking a divorce, according to celebrity gossip site TMZ.

Rumors surfaced last week that Sandra Bullock and her husband have split after tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee claimed she had an affair with James while Bullock was making her Oscar-winning film "The Blind Side." Now, TMZ reports that they've heard from multiple sources that the two have been interviewing divorce lawyers.

On Thursday, James, the celebrity motorcycle builder and reality-TV star, apologized to his wife and three children from previous relationships through a statement issued to People magazine and later obtained by The Associated Press.

"It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way," he said. "This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them."
