(CBS) Janet Jackson is bringing her tour to the U.S. and Canada starting in June with some interesting changes.
Most of Jackson's earlier performances have been at large arenas with outstanding special effects. However, Jackson says this tour is going to be something entirely new. So don't go looking for crazy lights and dramatic stunts. The focus of this tour, which continues through August, is to show Jackson's more personal and intimate side, according to her website.
Fans were asked to vote for Jackson to visit their city, which brought her to Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines so far.
Jackson will be performing only her 35 number one songs in 35 cities across the country. All songs are available on her album "Number Ones," sold on Amazon.
