James Gunn teases "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" trailer
Marvel is hoping fans are ready to get "Hooked on a Feeling" all over again, as promotional material has begun to roll out for "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2," next year's follow-up to the surprise summer hit from Marvel starring Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana.
The sequel's first official poster debuted this morning, and the first full trailer is expected soon -- likely in time for the premiere of "Doctor Strange."
But apparently director James Gunn didn't think that was enough to show off to fans, so he also released a brief teaser in anticipation of the trailer.
"So the first 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2' trailer will be coming in not too long, but we know how thirsty you guys are for a glimpse," the director said in his Facebook post. "So we put together this special sneak peak at #GotGVol2 for you."
"Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2" will be released May 5, 2017.
