With everyone looking for cost-savings these days, Hearst Digital hopes to capitalize on that desire by starting a partnership with Coupons.com. The magazine unit has created a coupon gallery within the new Coupons & Deals section on its foodie site, Delish. The site formed last fall by Hearst Magazines Digital Media and MSN.
Before giving the partnership the full go-ahead on Delish, Hearst gave Coupons.com a test run on the publisher's QuickandSimple.com. Coupons.com will be offered on other Hearst mag sites over the next few months. By promoting the Coupons.com offerings on its site, Hearst is trying to evolve its sites to borrow more from what its readers have long expected in its print properties. Release
