CBS affiliate WKMG reported that Phillips went to her son's bus stop at 7 a.m. on Wednesday and confronted a 17-year-old Flagler Palm Coast High School student about a fight the student had with her son. Deputies said she pushed the student in the face and the teen then slammed Phillips to the ground as the bus arrived.

Although Phillips was arrested and charged with child abuse amd trespassing on school property, she expressed on her Facebook page that she did not regret her actions.

"i stand up 4 what i believe in an i believe he need 2 leave people kids along~period..would i do it again..after a child abuse charge.. Um i h ave 2 kids when i had my kids i made vows 2 them protect an 2hold sickness an health until death do us apart." Phillips wrote.

Phillips also wrote that she did not hate the 17-year-old she attacked but that she just wanted him to start being a young man and stop being a 'thug.'

The whole incident seems to have taken a toll on Phillips as she also wrote yesterday on her facebook that she was "tired of everbody," and that this "battle is not worth it anymore." She ended the status with a wish that her children would buy her an island when they were older.
