Fat Tuesday 2011 outrageous moment: Golden-faced cowboy sings "Rawhide"

(CBS) - Today is Fat Tuesday 2011 and Mardi Gras is in full swing in New Orleans and elsewhere across the country. To honor the occasion, I have this fun, odd, interesting, strange... (the list goes on) video of a man dressed in a cowboy outfit with gold paint on his face singing the classic Western ditty "Rawhide."

The video was shot on Bourbon Street on March 6, 2010 and with that get-up and singing, I think we might have a strong contender for "la reine" of Mardi Gras this year. "Don't try to understand 'em... Rawhide!"
