Docs: Teacher, student had sex during fiance's bachelor party

WAUKESHA, Wis. --A former Wisconsin high school teacher has pleaded not guilty to charges she had a sexual relationship with a student.

Sara Domres, 28, of Sullivan, was released on $1,000 bail after a court appearance Friday. Her next court date is May 4.

Documents filed by police allege Domres and the boy, who was in her English class during the 2014-15 school year, had sex multiple times last summer, reports CBS affiliate WDJT. The boy allegedly told police that on one occasion they met for sex at a Motel 6, while Domres' soon-to-be husband was at his bachelor party.

Police say the boy kept a series of notes they passed to each other.

On one Post-it Note allegedly passed during class, the boy wrote, "We will have to plan something soon. I want a night again. Xoxo."

The teacher allegedly replied: "Yes! Definitely soon. I really want another night with you too baby boo!"

Police said Domres and the boy had sex in his driveway, at parks and in cars at different locations.

The boy allegedly said that Domres' new husband once caught them having sex in the parking lot of a bar. He said there was verbal confrontation between Domres and the man.

Police said Domres denied the allegations and claimed she went to parks with him but only hugged him.

School officials learned of the allegations in January. Domres was fired after an internal investigation.

In a letter to parents, Superintendent Joe Garza said the allegations are "troubling, disappointing and incomprehensible."
