Detroit girl, 15, missing for 30th time, mom says

DETROIT - A Detroit teen is missing for about the 30th time, reports CBS Detroit.

Diamond Aurelia Biggs, 15, was last seen by her mother on Tuesday, June 16, at around 8:30 p.m. at her Detroit home.

According to police, Diamond's mother was planning to go to juvenile court to start incorrigibility proceedings the next morning. The mother said her daughter has been missing a total of around 30 times, according to the station.

The teen is described as about 4 feet, 9 inches tall and around 130 lbs with a medium complexion. She has cut marks on her right forearm, a tattoo of the word "love " on her lower back and wears her hair in a bun. Her clothing at the time of her disappearance is unknown.

Police said Diamond is in good physical condition, however, she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
