The actress was supposed to play feminist Gloria Steinem in the film, but now a rep for the actress confirmed that she has pulled out of the movie, reports Deadline.

"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her health," her publicist said, reports TMZ. "She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

The 49-year-old Moore split up with husband Ashton Kutcher in November.
