Day 36: President Obama's Schedule

On the thirty-sixth day of his presidency, President Obama will make his first major address to a joint session of Congress. The speech begins at 9 p.m. ET, and you can watch on CBS and here on CBSNews.com. In the morning, Mr. Obama will meet with Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso in the Oval Office.
