Changing faces with a smile

(CBS) - There's nothing prettier than a smile. But millions of children around the world are unable to smile - or eat or socialize, for that matter - because of a cleft lip or palate. The charity organization Operation Smile is dedicated to providing surgery for afflicted kids, healing their cleft and providing an opportunity to smile. As a matter of fact, this video of one little girl in Brazil will give us all a reason to smile.

Operation Smile has helped over two million children around the world, according to their website. That's two million more happy faces - and two million more reasons to smile.
