Casey Anthony in Court as State Asks for Defense Witness Info
ORLANDO, Fla. (CBS/WKMG) Casey Anthony, the Florida mother charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, attended a court hearing Monday in Orlando, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.

At the afternoon hearing, prosecutors asked Judge Belvin Perry to order Anthony's defense team to turn over information about its expert witnesses, including contracts between the defense and the witnesses, communications among them, billing records, and travel, meals and entertainment expenses.
Prosecutors claimed they needed the information to adequately question the witnesses in upcoming depositions.
Perry denied all of the requests, according to WKMG, saying that prosecutors could obtain the information by either asking the witnesses or getting a subpoena.
Perry approved, however, the state's request for the defense expert witnesses to turn over notes, photos and videos generated during their work. Anthony's lead attorney, Jose Baez, agreed to provide the information to the state by the end of the week.
Baez said that his expert witnesses have not created any written reports. Without the reports, the state might have difficulty knowing what specific areas to which the experts might testify, so Perry ordered Baez to turn over a list of the subject matter that each defense expert witness might discuss.
Tuesday is the court-ordered deadline for the defense to turn over its final list of expert witnesses that it could call at trial.
Anthony, 24, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in a wooded area of Orange County in December 2008. She was reported missing in July of that year.
Anthony has pleaded not guilty. Her trial is scheduled to begin in May.
