Capri Anderson (PICTURES): Porn Star ID'd as Charlie Sheen's Hotel Room Guest

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) The woman in Charlie Sheen's New York City hotel room when police were called early Tuesday morning has been identified as porn star Capri Anderson by the website TMZ.

According sources quoted by TMZ, Anderson - whose legal name is Christina Walsh - was frightened and felt "threatened" by the actor and called hotel security.

The source told TMZ that Anderson is not a prostitute or escort - as she's been labeled in media reports.

Security at the Plaza Hotel alerted the NYPD that Sheen had broken furniture and was disorderly.

When police arrived, Sheen appeared to be highly intoxicated. He was voluntarily hospitalized briefly and returned to Los Angeles.

Sheen's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, said the 45-year-old had an adverse allergic reaction to some medication. "Everything else is speculation," Rosenfield said.

Sheen was in New York on a family vacation. His ex-wife, actress Denise Richards, and their two children, Sam, 6, and Lola, 5, were also staying at the hotel in a different room, the official said.
