LOS ANGELES (CBS/KCBS/AP) Although Britney Spears has exhibited some bizarre behavior over the years, the claims listed in the law suit filed by her former bodyguard Fernando Flores are downright shocking.

In the suit, Flores says he was sexually harassed by the 28-year-old pop singer and suffered emotional distress as a result of her repeated advances.

Spears has released a statement and believes "This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself," reports TMZ.

Even her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, has stepped up to bat for his former flame and called the law suit "baseless" and says that Flores has "economic motives."

The suit also alleges that Spears physically abused her two children and had sexual relations in front of them, reports CBS affiliate KCBS.

Flores' employment with Spears may have been brief, but the 29-year-old claims that the young mother exposed herself in front of him on more than one occasion and then chided him saying "You know you liked it."

According to his court documents obtained by TMZ, a nude Spears once beckoned Flores to her room, and after several moments of silence, he asked if she needed anything to which she allegedly replied "two bottles of 7 Up."

In addition to repeatedly exposing herself, the suit accuses Spears of engaging in "numerous sex acts in front of [Flores]" and cites another incident in which claims Spears' young children were present during her sexual escapades, says TMZ.

However, the most egregious claim filed by Flores pertains to Spears' sons Sean Preston and Jayden, and resulted in a visit from the Dept. of Children and Family Services.

According to Flores, Spears made her two sons eat crab meat even though she knew they were allergic.

When both children allegedly began vomiting, Spears allegedly prevented anyone from seeking medical help and told everyone to "Mind your own f***ing business," says the gossip site.
