Blondes on parade in Latvia

(RTV) - Over a thousand blondes walked, drove, ran and jumped through Latvia's capital, Riga, in the annual "Go Blonde" parade which attracts more and more tourists each year.

To take part in the parade one not only had to be blonde, but also accessorize like a blonde by wearing something pink, red or shiny. A small dog or pink balloon is also acceptable.
