Dovall was planning a trip to Paris for a model-related photo shoot when she mysteriously vanished.
The last contact she had with family members was with her mother on Feb. 21, according to a statement issued by the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police said it was unclear if she actually has left for Paris or not.
Dovall is black, 5 feet 9, and weighs 115 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Police say her last known place of residence was in the area of 48th or 50th Street and Figueroa Street in Los Angeles.
Anyone with information on Dovall's whereabouts is urged to call LAPD Missing Person Unit Detective Kristin Merrill at (213) 996-1800.
