Barely Legal: Topless Teen Flasher Cherelle Dudfield Hit by Distracted Driver and Fined for It

WELLINGTON, New Zealand (CBS/AP) Cherelle May Dudfield might have a future at Hooters - after she pays her $200 fine for disorderly behavior, that is.

The 18-year-old New Zealand girl found out the hard way that flashing can be dangerous after a distracted driver ran into her as she was exposing her breasts while standing the middle of a street.

A police inspector in the case said that Dudfield is "extremely lucky" that she only suffered minor injuries after rolling onto the car's hood and cracking the windshield.

"I was stupid... Don't get drunk and stand in the middle of the road and flash anyone 'cause it hurts when you get hit," the Kiwi flash queen said of the of September incident.

Judge David Holderness hit Dudfield with a $200 fine.
