Apple's Steve Jobs is stepping down due to health reasons, according to a report on SAI and Marketwatch. Tim Cook, the company's COO, will take over in Jobs' absence. In a memo attributed to Jobs on SAI, the Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) chief says he'll be back by summer. More to come
