Many well-known restaurant chains are serving up kids' meals that deliver dangerously high levels of fat and sodium - not to mention more calories than might be considered prudent in a society where two out of every five children are either overweight or obese.Believe it or not, some kids' meals deliver more saturated fat and sodium than a child should consume in an entire day.
And burgers and fries aren't the only offenders. CBS News reviewed nutritional information for entrees, side dishes, desserts and beverages at more than a dozen chains and found some pretty scary numbers in chicken dishes, pasta, and other fare that you might assume to be comparatively nutritious.
