Amber Alert: Three Washington-State Boys Taken by Father, Say Cops

SPOKANE, Wash. (CBS/KREM) An AMBER Alert has been issued for three young boys from Spokane, possibly abducted by their father.

Spokane police say Chad Phillips may have abducted his three sons, Kaleb, 10, Dawson, 8, and Bishop, 6, last seen around 12:30 Wednesday afternoon in Spokane, reports CBS affiliate KREM.

Spokane police say a Superior Court judge gave custody of all three Phillips children to the biological mother Wednesday afternoon. Police say Phillips took the children after the court appearance, and may have fled to Indiana.

Kaleb is 4 feet tall and weighs 80 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Dawson is 3 feet tall and weighs 60 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Bishop is 3 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Phillips may be driving a 1996 green Monte Carlo, Indiana license plate IU4676. Phillips is 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Police say Phillips has a history of assault.
