A Good Sport
As many of you know, I was a sportscaster for 20 years. I recently got to visit with an old friend -- Stephon Marbury of the New York Knicks. I really admire Stephon for what he has done off the court with his Starbury line of shoes and apparel.
Video: Marbury grew up in Coney Island in a family of seven where there wasn't spare money for expensive sneakers. He knows that a lot of families face this dilemma with their kids clambering for sneakers that can cost between $120 and $200. So Stephon has manufactured a line of shoes that cost just under $15 and they're the same shoes he wears on the NBA court!
