6 dead, 3 injured in Seal Beach, Calif. shooting
(CBS/KCBS) Six people are dead and at least three more injured after a shooting at a Seal Beach, Calif. hair salon, police say.
According to CBS station KCBS, authorities say the shooting happened in the 500 block of Pacific Coast Highway, about 30 miles south of Los Angeles, around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Three people were transported to Long Beach Memorial Hospital in critical condition, according to KCBS.
Seal Beach police say they have a male in custody, believed to be the sole shooter. He was caught about a half mile from the scene.
