White House Announces Obama News Conference On Twitter

(AP Photo/Ron Edmonds)
The White House announced late Friday afternoon – on its Twitter page – that President Obama will hold a primetime news conference on Wednesday, July 22nd at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

"You heard it here first: Primetime presidential news conference at the White House, Wed. 7/22 @ 9PM EDT," the White House said, prompting an immediate flurry of retweets.

It will be Mr. Obama's forth prime time news conference and his fifth formal solo White House news conference.

Check back to CBSNews.com Wednesday evening for full coverage of the press conference, which will likely focus largely on health care reform efforts.

Even people who voted for this yahoo...really are sick of seeing him. Like most people, if something is good, there is no need to keep campaigning and campaigning.
It is hurting him big time.
If this is not proof that ABC,NBC and CBS are not in the tank for this guy..I don't know what is. Prime time again. He speaks...they jump.

Watch the polls...the more we see him....down he goes!
If anyone believes his promises on health care...they have rocks in their heads.

I think it is great...keep going Obama! We are already sick of you...make us all sicker.
I think it should be Joe Biden, a comedy hour would be so much more entertaining!

Although it is refreshing to have a president who can speak in whole sentences, he does love the cameras a little too much. If only these interruptions were more than just political rhetoric, lost revenue for the networks and frustration for viewers who just want to watch regular programming.

Jeeze, does this guy ever shut up? We've had to put up with this commie for almost two friggin' years already. Oh well, I'm sure that the only one's who'll watch it are his sycophants in the media, and conservative masochists.

If CBS cares about ratings, they'll stick with regular programming. No? I suppose socializing healthcare is more important than making a buck.

So Obama's going out on twitter to put the shuck and jive lies on America's youth...but I doubt he can get them to switch from Smuck Dawg long enough to read his krap.
