Palin Discusses Bloggers, Mockery

(AP)
"Bored, anonymous, pathetic bloggers who lie annoy me," Palin told the magazine. She then went on to discuss a traditional news outlet, the Anchorage Daily News.
"I'll tell you, yesterday the Anchorage Daily News, they called again to ask — double-, triple-, quadruple-check — who is Trig's real mom," Palin said. "And I said, Come on, are you kidding me? We're gonna answer this? Do you not believe me or my doctor? And they said, No, it's been quite cryptic the way that my son's birth has been discussed. And I thought, Okay, more indication of continued problems in the world of journalism."
Speaking of the Daily News, they yesterday posted an email exchange between Palin and the newspaper that serves as a public response to Palin's complaints about its coverage. It's impossible to summarize here, so I'd encourage you to click over; Palin writes that "You're stripping me of even a shred of faith in your reporting if any of the recent aforementioned strange and untrue reports were taken seriously by the ADN."
Back to Esquire, where Palin addressed mockery of her comment that one can see Russia from Alaska.
"You have to let it go," she said. "Even hard news sources, credible news sources — the comment about, you can see Russia from Alaska. You can! You can see Russia from Alaska. Something like that — a factual statement that was taken out of context and mocked — what you have to do is let that go."
Palin also repeated her complaint that she did not have enough autonomy during the campaign.
"If I were giving advice to myself back on the day my candidacy was announced, I'd say, Tell the campaign that you'll be callin' some of the shots," she said. "Don't just assume that they know you well enough to make all your decisions for ya. Let them know that you're the CEO of a state, you're forty-four years old, you've got a lot of great life experience that can be put to good use as a candidate."

See all 574 CommentsElite: "a group or class of persons enjoying superior intellectual or social or economic status"
I am so tired of this word being thrown around like it''s a bad thing. So we should NOT try to find leaders of superior intellect? Yeah, that really paid off the last 8 years...
And if you don''t believe the Bushes qualify as "elitist" for their social and economic status, you''re kidding yourself. They define the word. I mean, come on - George even attended Harvard!

1. You obviously never heard the saying "you can choose your friends but not your family"!
2. You are buying into some phony elitist arguement that you must have a perfect petigree to be president. If this were true, neither Bill Clinton or Barak Obama would be president.
3. In case you were not aware, you proving my example of snarky wannabe elitists.

The real question is--how many of those posters would be crass, arrogant or stupid enough to run for office with their he11 spawn and family foilibles in tow? It looks like Sarah is an idiot--not for having a less than stellar family, but by even remotely thinking we wanted such a family as an example of high office and one therefore, we and our children and the world should look up to. Her daughter is a Highschool drop out (taking correspondence courses) and so is Levi--and Sarah Palin can''t speak English correctly to save herself--and she''s a certified airhead--they are losers with a huge "L".
-Wake up people, this is ridiculous and Sarah Palin has every right to say so. Don''''t agree with her politically, that is fine, but this over zealous prosecution of her family is pathetic.
Also, the media is chasing Sarah and I''''ve seen several stories of her on this outlet, why the fascination if she''''s such a loser. Joe Biden''''s story about going to Iraq had ZERO postings for it for along time. I skipped it and went back later, crickets were chirping.

All Palin has to do is produce a birth certificate or DNA evidence which she has NEVER done. Even Obama (according to the right) has produced a "fake" birth cert. (Which would be fraud) what is Sarah afraid of?
Why throw her daughter under a bus and discuss her and Levi''s sexual results, instead of just producing that one little paper? Maybe because on the birth cert--it does not say, SArah Palin? LOL

BTW, don''t look now but Obama has a 67% approval rating. In fact, fewer people disapprove of Obama than think Bush is the worst president EVER. LMAO!
Are you saying the interviews that she gave and the speeches she made that were shown on television and on You Tube etc. were somehow edited? Do you think the VP debate was edited too? Palin is her own worst enemy and she wasn%u2019t and probably never will be prepared to hold a political office higher than governor of Alaska. Her supporters should look further than a cute smile and a wink.
Rowdy has no comprehension of dual citizenship. Which is possible for a natural born US Citizen. One of the German Basketball players in the Olympics in Beijing was a Dual US-German Citizen.

Sure I do, and that means he''''s a naturalized citizen and can never be president.

I realize this is difficult to understand but naturalized citizens have to renounce their prior citizenship to become US Citizens (that is the law) they are the ones that cannot have dual citizenship. Natural Born Citizens on the other hand do not have to renounce other citizenships and can be dual citizens where one of the citizenships is US.

Before the election the were being pretty un-Christian. Since then, they just seem bitter and hateful.
check out the announcement of Obama''s birth in the Hawaii Advertiser newspaper dated 8/13, 1961
http://wikileaks.org/leak/obama-1961-birth-announcement-from-honolulu-advertiser.pdf
Or maybe you think back in ''61 Obama''s parents knew their dark-skinned son would run for President later in life and faked the entry in the paper?
Clueless !
The Republicans must still think they''re God''s spokespeople on Earth so it can''t possibly be they got their butts kicked in the election.
I guess this means maybe they aren''t!
