Bill And Hillary Jump In

Former President Bill Clinton will be making his first joint appearance of the campaign with Barack Obama in Orlando, Florida tonight. This afternoon, he and Hillary Clinton have sent out a get-out-the vote video on Obama’s behalf. Importantly, the video was not sent from the Obama campaign but to supporters of Hillary Clinton from her HillPac organization.

“We worked awfully hard in this election because you’ve got a lot at stake,” Bill Clinton begins. “It’s still important, it’s more important than ever,” he continues. “Boy, is that true,” Hillary continues, “and we’re asking everybody to get involved. Get out, do what you can, talk to your friends and your neighbors, make those phone calls, walk those streets – get the word out that this election is really important.” Bill Clinton: “Senator Obama and Senator Biden need your help November 4th.” Hillary Clinton: “So please everybody, get involved and don’t forget to register and don’t forget to vote November 4th.” Watch it:

Sarah Palin knows a bit about socialism and sharing the wealth personally as she said in an interview in The New Yorker magazine,
%u201CAnd Alaska%u2014we%u2019re set up, unlike other states in the union, where it%u2019s collectively Alaskans own the resources. So we share in the wealth when the development of these resources occurs.%u201D And she said, %u201COur state constitution%u2014it lays it out for me, how I%u2019m to conduct business with resource development here as the state C.E.O. It%u2019s to maximize benefits for Alaskans, not an individual company, not some multinational somewhere, but for Alaskans.%u201D
Alaska is sometimes described as America%u2019s socialist state, because of its collective ownership of resources%u2014an arrangement that allows permanent residents to collect a dividend on the state%u2019s oil royalties. It has been Palin%u2019s good fortune to govern the state at a time of record oil prices, which means record dividend checks: two thousand dollars for every Alaskan. And because high oil prices also mean staggering heating bills in such a cold place%u2014and because it%u2019s always good politics to give money to voters%u2014Palin got the legislature this year to send an extra twelve hundred dollars to every Alaskan man, woman, and child.
I guess socialism is not so bad when you are the one handing out the money.

Look at what happened in the 1990''''s when Clinton passed socialist high taxes. Companies took a HIKE! And it''''ll only get worse under Oslime-a!

Um.....From TexwLove, I think you have it backwards, "my friend". Under Clinton, unemployment was low, growth was high, jobs were plentiful, we were respected in the world, alot of regular people (like me) did really well, and we had a budget surplus. Exit Clinton, enter GW Bush, and all of that got flushed down the toilet. I''m making less, considerably less, than I was making then. I worry everyday when my lay off is coming. I can barely afford the deductibles for my really expensive health insurance, jobs are nowhere to be found (except maybe India and Singapore), and we have a $10Trillion budget deficit and we''ve just bailed the richies out with a $700B bailout.

I don''t know where you were living in the 90''s, but trust me, a whole hell of a lot of us would LOVE to re-live those years.

***MORE BAD NEWS FOR THE OBAMA CAMPAIGN***

From pittsburghlive.com:

"A former staffer for an affiliate of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now testified today that the organization was provided a %u201Cdonor list%u201D from the presidential campaign of Barack Obama in late 2007 for fundraising efforts.

Anita Moncrief, a former Washington, D.C. staffer for Project Vote, which she described as a sister organization of ACORN, said her supervisor told her the list of campaign contributors came from the Obama campaign. Moncrief said she has a copy of a %u201Cdevelopment plan%u201D that outlines how Obama contributors who had %u201Cmaxed out%u201D under federal contribution limits would be targeted to give to Project Vote, and that it was her job to identify such contributors.

Moncrief testified that ACORN and Project Vote were virtually identical%u2026

%u2026A Republican lawyer submitted a computer disk of the Obama database to Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson.

Moncrief, whom Project Vote fired earlier this year, testified for more than two hours during a hearing on a Pennsylvania Republican Party lawsuit aimed at curbing voter fraud in Tuesday%u2019s general election."

For all you McCain fans here is how he really feels:
During the 2000 campaign, on MSNBC%u2019s %u201CHardball,%u201D a young woman asked him why her father, a doctor, should be %u201Cpenalized%u201D by being %u201Cin a huge tax bracket.%u201D McCain replied that %u201Cwealthy people can afford more%u201D and that %u201Cthe very wealthy, because they can afford tax lawyers and all kinds of loopholes, really don%u2019t pay nearly as much as you think they do.%u201D The exchange continued:
Young woman: Are we getting closer and closer to, like, socialism and stuff?. . .
McCain: Here%u2019s what I really believe: That when you reach a certain level of comfort, there%u2019s nothing wrong with paying somewhat more.

Wealth redistribution" has no place in a free democracy.

It is, however, the cornerstone of a COMMUNIST DICTATORSHIP:

"We cannot expect the Americans to jump from capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving Americans small doses of socialism until they suddenly awake to find they have Communism."

- Soviet Leader Nikita Khrushchev, 1959

Stop kidding yourselves, Liberals.

Reject Barack Obama.
